Composition. 1 ml contains:
Tylosin (as tartrate) – 20 mg
Excipient up to – 1 ml
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic produced by Streptomyces fradiae type. Is active on many bacteria including microorganisms: Streptococcus, Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Corynebacterium, Clostridium, Erysipelothrix, Campylobacter, spirochetes, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Chlamydia. Compared with tylosin base, tylosin tartrate after intramuscular administration, is rapidly absorbed, with high serum peaks and relatively short duration of activity.
After parenteral administration to lactating cows, antibiotic levels is five times higher than normal serum levels in the milk, which allows tylosin being recommended for general treatment of mastitis.
The product is recommended for infections of the respiratory and genito – urinary system, otitis, cellulitis and secondary infection associated with viral diseases or infections post – operative. Treats specific diseases such as dysentery and enzootic pneumonia to pigs; metritis, mastitis and respiratory infections to cattle; acute forms of contagious agalactia and pleuropneumonia to sheep and goats; leptospirosis to small animals (dogs and cats).
Method of administration and dosage.
The product is administered intramuscularly, once a day at various points (not given more than 10 ml per one injection site).

Treatment lasts 3-5 days.
Individual Hypersensitivity to tylosin.
At pigs may occur sporadically itching, erythema, swelling of the lining of the rectum, diarrhea or respiratory disorders, which disappear by itself.
Meat – 8 days; milk – 4 days. Animals slaughtered before the deadline indicated , will be used in feeding carnivores or to produce flour of meat-and-bone; milk is used in animal nutrition.
At temperature of 5 – 25 °C, protected from light.
